At POD, we craft every piece to order. Below is everything you need to know regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect print? We offer immediate replacements or full refunds within 30 days of receipt.

Steps to claim:

  1. Snap clear pictures showing the defect.

  3. Receive your replacement tracking or refund notification within 24-48 hours.

↺ Custom Order Policy (Size & Mind Changes)

Because items are printed individually upon checkout, we cannot accept general returns for size errors or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing chart. If sizing issues occur, contact support for custom assistance.

⏱ Order Cancellations

Orders can be edited or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After 4 hours, orders enter the printing pipeline and cannot be revoked.
