Welcome to POD. Below are the terms governing your use of our platform and merchandise purchases.

1. Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Every apparel piece is printed on demand upon order verification. Minor color variations due to display screen differences and sizing tolerances of +/- 1 inch are standard.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphics, typography, and brand content belong exclusively to POD. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

3. Price & Service Adjustments

We reserve the right to alter pricing, product availability, or discontinue items at any time without liability.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed under the laws of Mississippi/US.
